Role and Responsibilities

• Advise the top management on corporate governance and relevant regulatory affairs
• Handle full set of company secretarial duties for Hong Kong and offshore companies
• Liaise with the regulatory bodies and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
• Maintain proper statutory records, and prepare board minutes
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required

Qualifications and Required Attributes

• Degree holder in Company Secretarial, Accounting, Legal, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in company secretarial services, preferably with some in accounting and finance
• Good PC knowledge of Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, mature, logical-minded and detail oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• 4 working hours a day from Monday to Friday. Either AM or PM session as per business needs
