Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise various restructuring and insolvency assignments, including business recovery, corporate insolvency administration, receivership and personal insolvency
- Delegate tasks and give instruction to the team
- Monitor the daily management of insolvency assignment
- Handle and respond to queries from stakeholders, including creditors, shareholders, the Court, the Official Receiver, other government department, etc. timely
- Draft reports/documents to the Court, the Official Receiver and other stakeholders to compile with the statutory requirements
- Establish and develop business relationship with lawyers, banks and potential and existing clients
Requirements
- Degree holder, major in accounting, finance or other related disciplines
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in restructuring and insolvency
- Qualified HKICPA accountant or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Able to think strategically, with good business sense and commercially awareness
- Strong case management skill
- Sound financial and business analytical skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to write concise and well-structured reports In English or Chinese
- Relevant PRC exposure and experience are highly preferable
- Excellent communication skill
