The eCommerce Analyst will be responsible to support the Head of eCommerce and Distribution, Power Products on eCommerce strategy deployment, analytics, internal communication and future innovation.

Responsibilities 

• Strategy deployment for eCommerce
  • Prepare training programs and webinars for eCommerce / distribution partners
  • Work with commercial transformation leaders, demand generation team, and eCommerce account managers to support efficient execution of priorities
  • Gather and analyze data on listing quality with different partners platforms to improve listings and conversion rates
• Research and analytics
  • Analyze the main levers of growth in the different markets based on market analysis and trends
  • Perform competition mapping for different zones from the perspective of 4Ps (product, price, place and promotion)
  • Perform analysis of eCommerce sales performance through different platforms to generate important insights for growth
• Internal communication
  • Participate in creating and publishing monthly activity newsletter highlighting key wins, trends and competition moves
  • Communicate achievements and best practices through internal social networks and company portals
  • Support preparation and animation of quarterly eCommerce community calls
• Future innovation
  • Deep dive into future growth topics such as selling new types of products and services through eCommerce

• Bachelor of Business Administration or other related disciplines (recent graduates will also be considered)
• Good analytical abilities, communication skills and presentation skills
• Experience with / knowledge of eCommerce would be an asset
• Excellent power point skills
