Responsibilities

• Handling company secretarial matters for the listed company and private companies, including preparation and filing of statutory documents for companies incorporated in various jurisdictions;
• Assisting in preparation of annual / interim reports, announcements, circulars etc.;
• Assist in organizing board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings and preparing related documentation;
• Providing day-to-day corporate secretarial support and handling ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder with HKCGI associate membership;
• 5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years’ experience gained from Hong Kong listed companies;
• Solid knowledge in Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, SFO reporting requirements and other compliance regulations;
• Self-motivated, initiative, hardworking, meticulous, able to work both independently and as a team player, with strong communication skill, and able to meet deadline under pressure;
• Knowledge in CSA will be an advantage;
•  Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, including Mandarin;
•  Good knowledge of Word, Chinese Word processing and Excel.
