Responsibilities:

• Under supervision by the General Counsel, to provide less complex legal advice to the group’s business, commercial matters and day to day operation of the company
• Under supervision by the General Counsel, drafting, negotiating and reviewing basic/ less controversial agreements including corporate contracts in relation to networking, broadcasting, media production, licensing, tenancy and HR; company’s policies, terms and conditions, procedures and other legal instruments for the Groups and departments
• Assist with any litigations issues, or potential legal issues arising
• Assist in reviewing executed agreements in cases of issues/ queries arising
• Handle ad hoc tasks including all relevant legal and regulatory tasks as instructed by all departments
• Provide assistance to the legal team in handling large projects; Preparing legal correspondence

• University Graduate form Law Faculty (LLB or LLM) from local universities or universities of common law jurisdictions or Newly qualified to 3 year Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Good knowledge of commercial laws, HK Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized and self-motivated with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
