Job Description

Job Purpose:

Facilitate the various Finance Transformation initiatives, working primarily with the Finance users in gathering and documenting strategy and requirements and then subsequently working with the Head of Finance Transformation on the realization and delivery of these Finance Transformation strategy and requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

Developing the next level of detail to the Finance Transformation strategy and plan per the CFO report
Working closely with the Finance users to understand their current procedures and processes and identify areas where automations that align with the Finance Transformation strategy can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the finance procedure and processes
Supporting the delivery of new Finance initiatives such as Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), MIS automation etc. as part of the Finance Transformation strategy
Using the tools and resources available to the Finance team such as the Finance Data Mart to identify potential automation opportunities that align with the Finance Transformation strategy
Coordinating and collaborating across difference business units such as Risk Management Group, IT etc. to facilitate a sustainable Finance Transformation within the organization

Incumbent Requirements:

At least 3 years of data analytics experience; working with data in a data mart or data warehouse environment
Supporting automation currently used in finance procedures and processes
