Job Description

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for corporations incorporated in HK, PRC and offshore jurisdictions;
• Responsible for maintaining and updating corporate records in both electronic and paper format;
• Ensure compliance with reporting and statutory requirements;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties;
• Provide general support to the team;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Company Secretarial studies or related disciplines;
• Associate member of HKCGI / ICSA;
• 2-3 years company secretarial hands-on experience is preferred;
• Knowledge in CSA will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, mature and responsible;
• A good team player, well organized with ability to work under pressure and independently;
• Good command in written English and Chinese, and in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
