Job Description
Job Description:
1. Improve the cost management system; control and manage the overall costing for projects.
2. Assist the Operations Management Department to complete the feasibility reports of the planned projects.
3. Prepare cost estimation documents, calculate the construction cost during the schematic design phase, and set the target costs for the projects.
4. Collect and sort out project construction costing data; organize and establish cost information database.
5. Collect and analyze the cost indicators of completed projects and incorporate them into cost information database.
6. Conduct, collect and sort out market and competitor analysis on expenses involved in construction and installation.
7. Collect and sort out the costs for preliminary construction permit application.
8. Collect and sort out municipal infrastructure costs.
9. Manage revenue and expenditure accounts and contract documents.
10. Carry out internal project costing information exchange activities to improve the professional ability of cost management personnel in the department.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in construction and engineering; for candidates registered as Class 1 Cost Engineer, the academic qualifications can be lowered to junior college.
2. More than 10 years of work experience, more than 5 years of experience in the real estate development.
3. Rich experience in the whole process of cost management, strong capability in real estate cost management.
4. Strong language skills, excellent organizational and coordination skills, good communication and leadership skills.
5. Proficiency in office software, CAD, costing software, and QS software.
6. Work experience (full process cost control) in real estate or QS consultants.
