Job Description

Working location:

  • Grade A Commercial Building in Hong Kong Island

Duties:

  • Maintain excellent concierge desk operations
  • Deliver various concierge services to customers
  • Response to customers’ comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and promote events/activities, assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality or aviation is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Customer-oriented, passionate about customer service industry
  • Positive working attitude, possess can-do spirit, good interpersonal communication skills.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Assistant.
