Job Description:

1.  Participate in the cost estimate and analysis during the preliminary phase of project development, listing out the cost target of the project.
2.  Participate in the work relating to design development estimate, construction document estimate, process control and final account.
3.  Participate in the work relating to bidding, BOQ compilation, valuation and analysis of cost relating bid.
4.  Review the payment request and compile payment schedule document according to project progress and other relative documents.
5.  Verify the project quantity at site, review the modification of drawing, control the cost of project variation, collect, sort out, categorize and file the document & material for final account.
6.  Prepare the cost analysis report phase by phase, identify the discrepancy and its cause, effectively control the abnormal deviation.
7.  Prepare the dynamic cost analysis report, estimate the capital need according to project progress.
8.  Participate in the final account, prepare the final account statement, analyze the cost indicators.

Job Requirements:

1.  Bachelor’s degree or above, quantity survey or other related majors.
2.  Over 5 years’ experience in real estate industry.
3.  Expertise in whole process cost control.
4.  Strong capability to express oneself, coordination and organization skills.
5.  Proficiency in office software (Excel formulas, CAD, Glodon Software).
