What you'll do:

• Finding the most attractive locations for Flash Coffee in Hong Kong at great commercials
• Negotiate real estate rental deals with real estate agents, mall leasing teams and landlords from start to finish
• Create and drive the local real estate strategy
• Perform area-analyses to understand foot traffic and business potential throughout Hong Kong to evaluate and prioritize key units
• Consult management team on local expansion plans based on extensive knowledge and analyses of real estate market

Who you are:

• Min. 4 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or site acquisition
• Experience working in real estate department of large F&B chains is an advantage
• Strong local network of landlords, leasing departments of larger real estate groups, and real estate agents 
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
