Job Description
Our client (Government) is now looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following positions:
- Diploma or Certificate in Estate Surveying (is a must);
- 1 year related experience (less experience will also be considered);
- Responsible for surveying and referencing landed properties for rating, Government rent and other purposes;
- Conducting verification and matching of property records;
- Maintaining office and valuation records;
- Handling enquiries and correspondence;
- Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$20K;
- Commencement date: around end-June / early-July;
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Cheung Sha Wan or Wan Chai.
