Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and liaison with property agents
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Group’s customer base and ensure it is strong presence
Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of frontline sales team
Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders
Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new customers
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Stationed in site office

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in surveying, marketing, or related discipline
8 - 10 years’ experience preferably in marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers
Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales)
Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
