Job Description
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accountant (Accounts Payable), The Assistant Accountant will:

- Perform daily accounting duties in relation to Accounts Payable
- Handle payments and reconciliation
- Monitor payments and follow up with overdue
- Maintain and update the Sun System AP Module
- Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly financial reports and other ad hoc reports
- Higher Diploma or above in Finance/Accounting with a recognized higher education institution
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in AP and/or invoicing
- Strong PC skills & familiar with Ms Words & Excel
- Knowledge in ERP/accounting systems (Sun System is a plus)
- Detailed, systematic and self-motivated
- Proactive, independent and a team player
- Able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available preferred
