Responsibilities:

• Plan, formulate and support the team in the execution of marketingcampaign, including print, outdoor, electronic and digital advertising, media buying and PR
• Work closely with advertising agency, creative companies and other contractors for the design and production of marketing collaterals
• Assist to coordinate and operate CRM program and Social media platfom

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/ PR & Communications or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience with proven track record of residential property marketing is preferable
• Creative and resourceful, proactive and result-oriented, devoted and self-disciplined, with good business acumen
• Strong marketing sense with good aesthetic judgment
• Excellent negotiation and bargaining skills
• Familiar with the marketing aspects of The Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance is preferable
• Strong leadership and motivation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer position
