Responsibilities

• Handle banquet functions and bookings of hotel events.
• Managed day to day operations of the banquet facility especially for team building, wedding and meetings.  
• Daily handlings of assigned accounts including after sales service, with the expectation to maintain long-term and close relations with customers.
• Effectively communicated and work closely with Banquet service, culinary and all other operational departments to ensure smooth execution of all events including conducting daily/weekly Banquet Event meetings with the Executive Chef and pre shift meetings with the Banquet Service Team.
• Coordinate with Banquet Service team to work the events from set up to breakdown and room reset including Audio Visual.
• Contribute to the selling strategy of the whole Park, and communicate with concerned departments adherence to achieving that strategy.
• Analyze local market trends and develop new business leads as well as maximize all Revenue opportunities.
• Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and list of business leads.
• Negotiated pricing including sales minimums and menu pricing, conduct site visits, prepare and send out proposals and contracts and assist with menu selection with great attention to detail.
• Continually met and exceed revenue goals.

 Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferably
• Minimum 3 years work experience in hotel catering or F&B industries.
• Experience in corporate & event catering operations
• Proficiency in using MS office
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Passionate for quality service, attention to details, good organization & communication skills, good team player
• Immediate available is an advantage
