Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop sales objectives and action plan to achieve distribution, display and sales target within the agreed cost levels.
- Responsible for taking care of consumer relationship management, sales, promotion and merchandising with the ultimate goal of meeting the company’s business objectives
- Lead the KA merchandising team towards the achievement of specific merchandising and in-store promotional objectives for the responsible accounts
- Maintain good relationship with customers, vendors and different external parties, ensure the processes align with company prospectives
- Conduct market research or sales analysis to explore new sales opportunities
Requirement:
- Degree in business administration or Marketing related disciplines
- A minimum of 6 years' Sales and Marketing experience in which 2 years at managerial level, preferably gained from FMCG industry
- Strong business sense and market sensitivity
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
