• Provide full range of sales operation support to business partners in Asia Pacific;
• Collaborate with teammates and other cross functional parties to ensure quality of teamwork;
• Order and forecast management;
• Shipment monitoring and delivery arrangement;
• Payment collection follow up;
• Defective claims follow up;
• Handle customers enquiries and follow up with internal department;
• Order status analysis and reporting

• Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in sales operations, customer service or order processing, preferable with regional exposure and from apparel industry; 
• Experience in handling Distributors and Joint-Venture Partners is an advantage;
• Understanding of Travel Retail business a plus;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel;
• Customer-oriented, organized, detail-minded with strong analytical skills;
• Self-motivated, meet tight deadlines, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Positive/dynamic mind-set and strong can-do attitude
