Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategy through having clear understanding and analysis of customers’ needs and profile. Proactively select items from existing product range to promote to these clients on weekly basis
- Explore the potential newcustomers in different markets as well as cultivate business opportunities and relationship with existing customers
- Analyze current market situations and competitive activity to identify business opportunities by generating active enquires and interest through active product / design offers to customer.
- Prepare and implement annual budget / action plan to achieve the sales target, and drive sales activities to achieve sales goals
- Work with clients to develop design briefs on their pain point/product needs so our Product Development team can develop new design solutions for these opportunities
- Stay up to date with product ideas and solutions and work closely with the product development team to continuously strengthen the unique product portfolio.
- Participating in annual marketing and promotions activities such as attending exhibitions, and actively preparing all the necessary materials for sales presentations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business related discipline
- 8+ years working experience in international sales and new product development.
- Proven business development and account follow up skill
- Experience in Kitchenware/Housewares products is a huge advantage
- Experience and having passion in cooking is definitely a plus
- Team player, independent, hardworking, self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
- Strong business mindset with sales-driven attitude, and well-developed team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good project management and customer service skills; good presentation skills and strong negotiation skill
- Good in time management skills
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English is a must. Knowledge of other European language is a plus
- Occasionally travel overseas is required.
- Position will be based in HK
