Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers to expand coupon sales business
• Manage existing customer accounts and handle daily sales operations, maintain a close relationship with clients.
• Identify partnership opportunities and develop new business
• Other ad-hoc assignments / projects as requested
• Handle & follow up on quotations and tender documents.
• Handle & follow up on sales order, purchase order and stock check.
• Follow up invoices and payments, arrange local delivery for clients.
• Handle incoming inquiries and complaints from email, telephone, and other sales channels in a patient and professional manner.
• Maintain and update on sales and customer record.
• Support on general administration work

Education/Qualification/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in B2B Business Development / Account Management
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong business acumen and project management skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to work under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
