The Position: We are looking for showroom support. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in supporting the showroom team to enhance the brand image by maintaining the high visual merchandising standard. You will work closely with our showroom team to achieve its sales goals and objectives, such as communicating to internal and external customers providing customer service to ensure the satisfactory of them.

The Location: Indigo Living branches are based in Ap Lei Chau, Repulse Bay, Cyberport, Central, Mid-levels, Shatin and Yuen Long.

Key responsibilities

• Working closely with the team to achieve administrative tasks and its sales goals
• keeping all work areas inclusive store display neat and tidy
• Deliver consistent and high standard of customer service

Requirement

•          F.5 or above
•          Good verbal and written in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
•          Positive attitude and willingness to learn
•          Previous experience in a sales or store assistant is an advantage
•          Familiar with computer
