Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To communicate with wholesale brands on shipment, after-sales, sample, marketing, etc.
- To assist sales manager on handling seasonal buy and executing marketing strategy
- Responsible for daily clerical support includes data entry and invoice/document checking
- To prepare regular Sales & Inventory Reports to Sales Team and Management
- To follow up Goods receive, transfer and export in systems
- To handle other admin doc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above;
- Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant working experience;
- Proficiency in spoken in Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must;
- Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power point & Chinese word processing
