Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional pre and post sales service to improve customer experience;
• Handle enquiries and provide professional solutions to customers;
• Manage and follow up orders from customers;
• Regular visit customers to maintain relationships.

 Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above; Professional Diploma in Chinese Institutes are also welcome;
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Independent, aggressive, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
