Job Description
Our client is a leader in the FMCG industry with a portfolio of products. With rapid business growth, they are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager.)
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement portfolio and promotion strategies for different key chains to achieve the sales target
- Work closely with marketing team to customize and develop local sales plans for key accounts
- Involve in trading terms negotiation, daily operations, and market intelligence consolidation
- Maintaining rapport communications and building strong working relationship with trades
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Key Account management experience in reputable FMCG company
- Solid sales experience in Personal care products is a strong advantage
- Result-oriented, able to react quickly and flexibly
- Possess strong sales analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills (oral and written)
