Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations with his/her direct subordinates for customers channel (QSR, Local Tea Shop and Wholesalers) in HK, Macau and South China. He/she needs to work closely with Marketing Team to formulate the promotional activities. Also, he/she needs to achieve the key result area and performance and goals which are set by the Management including sales budget, profitability, brand focus, credit control, CRM and efficiency.

Key roles

• Manage the whole sales team to achieve the sales target
• Monitor the daily sales operations
• Link up promotion activities between sales team and marketing team
• Negotiate tender price with key account and principal
• Achieve assigned GP & sales target
• Need to travel to Macau and PRC

The ideal candidate should be:

• At least 10 years food services sales experience in serving QSR, Bakery Chain, Hotel & Restaurant, Local Tea Shop and Wholesalers
• Good leading skills with at least 5 years experience in supervisory level
• Solid experience in selling FMCG products
• Mature, presentable, outgoing and sociable
• Good command of spoken and written English. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
