About the Position

The position will be responsible for:

• Coordinate project with clients and monitor schedules;
• Arrange drivers daily working schedule;
• Prepare quotation or tender document;
• Handle customer enquiries independently;
• Communicate with internal departments and provide client support in a timely and professional manner;
• Prepare and review of monthly service reports for major clients and project;
• Prepare and distribute of promotional materials.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:  

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Good knowledge in environment sample testing services;
• Working experience in laboratory testing industry is an advantage;
• Proficient English/Chinese verbal and written communication skills;
• Good computer skill with knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point;
• Responsible, matured, independent, well organized and good communication skills;
• Able to work well in team and has problem solving capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Chemistry, Environmental or other Science related subjects;
• Min 3 years working experience in laboratory operation or related area. 
• Candidate with less working experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Customer Services Officer.
