Job Description
This position is responsible for the day to day activities of the Baron School of Music in order to work within departmental sales and operational plans to maximize revenue. To deal with all sales enquiries from initial contact to full delivery of the service and after sales customer care.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
- Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
- Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports
- Form 5 / DSE graduate / Degree Holder or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills
- Hard working
