Our client is a listed company specialized in service delivery seeking for a high caliber to join their Account Servicing team as a Customer Service Executive in B2B sector. 

Job Duties:

•        Identify, investigate, escalate and resolve major issue in order to maintain high level customer satisfaction and to achieve client’s Service Level Agreement (SLA)
•        Developing strong relationships with commercial customers and networks effectively to ensure service excellence
•        Liaises with internal functional departments to provide services to customer
•        Promote continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

•        Higher Diploma or above with 2 years relevant work experience 
•        Experience in B2B customer service experience would be an definitely advantage 
•        Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task. Able to work independently and under pressure
•        Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese required
