We are looking for a performing Sales Coordinator / Administrator to help us meet our market and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Job Responsibilities

• Performing daily sales administration and operation support to sales team.
• Preparing sales documents, proposals, quotation and order processing.
• Maintaining record of sales database, including customer information, filing system, sales demo and supplies of sales presentation materials and brochures.
• Answering customer questions regarding their account or sales products as and when.
• Assisting sales meeting on a regular basis.
• Performing intra-departmental communication and cooperation.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Higher Diploma or above.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in sales administration.
• Proficiency in PC operations including Microsoft Office (Strong in Excel is a must), and English & Chinese word processing.
• Good command of ACCPAC system is an advantage.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Confident, self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizing skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• immediate available is preferred.
