Responsibilities:
Daily Operations

• Proceed with domain registration and related services
• Handle enquiries on domain related services to .hk customers in an efficient and professional manner
• Escalate any potential complaints when dealing with abnormal cases
• Assist team with registrars and service partner's recruitment, accreditation, and renewal
• Proceed with membership administration

Project based operations

• Assist to handle projects administration, data collection, compiling reports and presentation decks, if any an assigned

 Requirement:

• Able to work 2-6 p.m. (4 hours from Monday to Thursday)
• Diploma or university graduate in any disciplines with at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Fresh graduate or candidate without customer service experience will be considered as a Part-time Customer Service Assistant Officer
• Experience working in domain name registration business is preferred
• Customer focus, be the ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking with good time management skills
• Proficient in using essential computer software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Responsive and be able to work with other team members
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferable
