Job description

• To support the local retail team and boutiques in daily operational issues, including but not limited to store maintenance, stock transfer, reporting and administrative tasks etc. 
• Work with Regional Operations Team for stock allocation, special order, rotation among boutiques to optimize selling opportunities.
• Prepare commercial launch of novelties and coordinate with Regional operations team on stock allocation.
• Work with Regional Marketing team on POSM management and distribution. 
• Coodinate training and meeting schedule with respective departments and boutique staff. 
• Coordinate with Chaumet Paris or local Finance team on the invoicing and the payment processes.

• University graduate in related disciplines, diploma in retail would be a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of retail operations or related experience, experience in luxury retail or watch and jewellery will be an advantage.
• Able to use POS system, knowledge in SAP is definitely an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Number-oriented, attentive to details
• Proactive, committed and enthusiastic team player.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• 1-year contract renewable subject to business need and individual performance.
