Job Description
- Assist in full range of administrative support for sales & marketing activities.
- Prepare monthly report and sales & marketing related analysis.
- Prepare materials and handle the logistics for internal meetings as well as customer-facing symposiums, events, and virtual events.
- Maintaining customer database.
- Team administrative support including but are not limited to: meeting arrangements, invoice processing, answering enquiries calls, filing, catering, stationery ordering etc.
- Assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree.
- 2-3 years customer services experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, and using computers for a variety of tasks.
