What you will be doing?

• Lead a team to provide professional customer service support to our clients and work cross-functionally with technical teams and sales team to achieve company business goal
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure all enquiries and complaints received are handled in an effective and professional manner
• Review client’s protocol and comment with test capacity and ensure the operation is in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025
• Work with accounting department for the payment status
• Identify potential issues in the workflow; analyze and provide timely resolution of technical problems
• Report work progress, deficiencies or malfunctions to the top management

You need to be

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Scientific or Business equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years’ customer service experience, preferably in laboratory testing or textile testing
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in professional manner
• Detail-minded, good team player, independent and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and prioritizing skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage.
