Customer Service Supervisor (Toys & Children's Products)

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and technical assistance to customer service team to attain departmental and organizational goals
• Ensure that customer service team has excellent communication and problem solving skills for achieving customer satisfaction
• Review, check and prepare service required based on the client submitted test requisition
• Answer enquiries from customers in relation to the scope of service of the department
• Other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 5 years working experience in customer service or sales and marketing 
• Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
