• Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationship in Hong Kong
• Acquire new customers and follow-up of inquiries and quotations
• Customer Relationship Management
• Support customers e.g. with assistance in bluesign issues
• Train customers
• Coordinate customer related activities
• Support Regional CRM Manager in development of the local market in line with company strategy plans and individual budget tasks
• Promote bluesign technologies and the bluesign® system on trade shows, conferences, presentations,
• Support communication in the local market
• Support the Technical Service team during assessment preparation, on-site visits and implementation of the bluesign® system

• >10 years professional experience in the textile value chain
• Education background in textile or textile chemistry is preferred
• Sales or customer relation management experience is preferred
• Affinity to drive company revenue and achieving budget goal
• Affinity to sustainability
• Willingness to learn
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken
• Experience and respect working across different countries, cultures and languages
