Job Description
工作範圍
- 將服務請求轉介相關單位跟進
- 解答客戶及公眾有關電信方面的查詢和投訴
- 進行客戶滿意度電話調查
- 協助提供最新系統信息及處理更新程序
- 根據指標完成日常運營任務和文書工作
- 不涉及銷售成份
- 須輪班工作
- 5天工作
入職要求
- DSE / HKCEE 或以上
- 最少具備2年有關客戶服務的全職工作經驗
- 性格開朗，能有禮貌地與客戶溝通
- 良好的邏輯思維
- 良好英文及中文!會話和書寫能力
- 良好的電腦知識（添加待定）
- 中文及英文打字速度最少為每分鐘20字
- 經驗較淺的申請者可被考慮為助理客戶中心主任
