Key responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, coordinate project with clients and monitor schedules
• Arrange daily working schedule
• Strengthen existing customer relationship and provide professional customer service
• Communicate with internal departments and affiliates and provide client support in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• 3-5 years experience in in laboratory operation or related area 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill & project skills
• Creative thinking, aggressive and responsive to change
