Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient clerical support to sales team.
• Handle daily operation such as receiving and processing enquiries, sales order, delivery orders and monitor inventory
• Provide full reception duties including answering incoming calls and greeting guest
• Arrange goods delivery, shipping document and custom declaration
• Support for the events of tasting / exhibition / show if necessary
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer-services industry or relevant working experience. 
• Skillful in MS Word and Excel.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Careful to small details, excellent coordination and communication skills, mature, and able to work independently with good team spirit.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Officer .
