Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable new sites for opening new stores
• Negotiate with different landlords for sustainable rents for Shops’ Tenancy Renewal
• Prepare for Details Report of new potential shops for management approval
• Prepare for Details Report of shops renewal and work closely with the various Business Units
• Periodically meet with different landlords/ developers to seek more channels for store development
• Periodically carry out site visit and inspection to stay abreast of market circumstances
• Handle leasing activities and implement control of leasing tasks
• Oversee daily operation of property management
• Negotiate and maintain good relationship with landlords and property agents
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Property Management, Building Services or a related discipline
• 10 years or above relevant experience in property leasing of retail shop
• Strong network of shop leasing in the retail field and proven leasing transaction records in Hong Kong
• Proficiency of landlord / shop leasing tender and agreement
• Well-organized, enthusiastic, proactive and self-driven
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical writing and presentation skill
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
