Job Description
The Job Responsibilities
Work duties of a service engineer include:
1. responds to customer complaints;
2. evaluates and resolves problems of the customer;
3. assists in installing the equipment; analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands;
4. works alongside with technical sales engineers;
5. offers customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment;
6. monitors performance of the product;
7. maintains product manuals; provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests;
8. offers feedback on product development, features and functions.
Your Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
