Job Description

Overview

Lead the customer service team in HK & China, monitor and support the daily operation of order fulfillment to meet with the business needs. Build up a strong local customer service team through guidance, training and development. Oversee and manage the whole supply chain to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery to our customers. Assist the head of the business unit in managing the business to attain organizational goals. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor the whole supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform supplier relationship management in line with company needs.
  • Be able to identify operational issues and provide recommendations on how to streamline and improve the work processes and operational efficiency.
  • Be able to review and allocate the job tasks effectively to maximize the work efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.
  • Be responsible for the inventory management and identify potential inventory risk.
  • Evaluate and suggest the proper logistic and warehouse solutions for sales team.
  • Be responsible for the cost evaluation, comparison and negotiation of shipment & delivery to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Provide suggestion and feedback on the service performance of vendors and logistic providers to achieve service excellence.
  • Prepare reports for management review.
  • Participate in ad hoc task or projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder with minimum of 8 years of experience in related field and at least 4 years in managerial or supervisory role.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen and sensitive to numbers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Well-organized and detail-minded.
  • Proficiency of computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Manager
