Job Description
We are looking for talent to join our subsidiary, Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited at our Quarry Bay office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support by taking a lead role in operational maintenance of an online loyalty reward platform
- Handle global members enquiries directly or via clients through emails
- Liaise with merchant partners to investigate transactional queries
- Identify problems and proactively suggest improvements
- Perform daily transactional & merchant administration duties
- Compile reports for senior managers, clients and partnership organizations
- Degree in business or related disciplines with 1-2 years of work experience
- Experience and passion for operations, customer services support and data administration
- Proficiency in other language such as Japanese, Korean, etc.
- Detail-minded, proactive, able to work independently with can-do attitude
- Experience in affiliate marketing and/or e-commerce a distinct advantage
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
