Job Description

We are looking for talent to join our subsidiary, Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited at our Quarry Bay office. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support by taking a lead role in operational maintenance of an online loyalty reward platform
  • Handle global members enquiries directly or via clients through emails
  • Liaise with merchant partners to investigate transactional queries
  • Identify problems and proactively suggest improvements
  • Perform daily transactional & merchant administration duties
  • Compile reports for senior managers, clients and partnership organizations
Requirements:
  • Degree in business or related disciplines with 1-2 years of work experience
  • Experience and passion for operations, customer services support and data administration
  • Proficiency in other language such as Japanese, Korean, etc.
  • Detail-minded, proactive, able to work independently with can-do attitude
  • Experience in affiliate marketing and/or e-commerce a distinct advantage
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
