Job Description:

• Achiever monthly sales target and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
• Prepare sales report/ monitor, analyzes and reports market related issue
• Implement and modify marketing strategies to respond to market environment changes and business activities of competitors
• Handling client’s complaints
• Ensure efficient and effective sales account receivables management
• Maintain good relationship and accompany sales staff to visit clients (hotels, Japanese restaurants, supermarket etc) from time to time 
• Conduct performance appraisal of staff and review sales incentive system from time to time
• Manage sales support and food processing team
• Provide product education and manage sales staff 
• Set monthly sales target for each team members
• Communicate with Logistics Manager with delivery arrangement
• Oversees Macau branch operation 
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• Ability to react effectively and with appropriate urgency to client requests that require quick responses.
• Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken in Japanese, English and Chinese
• 5 years’ or above experience in Trading, Foods & Beverage or related industries is a must
• Outgoing personality with strong initiative and self-discipline
• Able to work under pressure
• Business trip to Japan and Macau
• Less experience will be considered as Sales Assistant Manager

We are a wholesale supplier of Japanese fresh & frozen food products in Hong Kong.  Our main items are Seafood / Meat / Fruits & Vegetables, and our customers are mainly hotels, restaurants serving Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisines, and supermarkets in Hong Kong.

We import our products direct from Japan via:
- air cargo on a daily basis according to Japan's market schedule (Toyosu market) for fresh and chilled goods to be delivered to our customers on the same day of its arrival- sea freight (container) for frozen and dried goods to be stocked and stored at our warehouse in Hong Kong to be distributed at a later date.
