• Manage day-to-day operations, ensure operations meet company standard.
• Implement business strategies, responsible for center performance to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Consolidate external communication of customer service.
• Maintain balance between sales and operations.
• Manage centres supplies and utilities.
• Work closely with different internal departments and pursue efficient communication.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report team’s performance.

• Degree or above in business management, service management or other related disciplines.
• 6 years of related experience with 2 years in leadership level at least.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and crisis management.
• Mature and convincing image.
• Working 5.5 days per week (Regularly off on Sunday and a weekday).
