Job Description

• Develop effective sales strategy and implement sales plan to drive sales performance
• Lead a direct sales team to drive good result aiming at surpass sales goals
• Solicit quality referral partners to maximize new signings
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key merchants and partners to ensure prosperous growth of the business    

Requirements 

• Proven selling track record in payment/financial field
• At least 2 years' sales leadership role 
• Strong leadership skill, team-oriented, hands-on and result driven
• Good selling technique and coaching skill, independent and can work under pressure
