Responsibilities:

• Tender preparation and cost calculation for new installation projects
• Assist supervisor / manager to perform sales activities for new installation project, such as handling of enquiries, attend tender interview, negotiation with customers etc. 
• Assist to implement sales plan to achieve company's sales target and actively participate in sales programs
• Provide support in planning and overseeing of awarded contracts
• Follow up with issue of order to overseas factories and payment collection after contract award
• Meeting with customer including architect, consultant and main contractor etc. 

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering or related discipline 
• 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, preferably in lift & escalator industry
• Independent, self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with more working experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
