Job Description
- Assist in project launch preparation including preparation of relevant sales documents, organizing sales brochures and sales suites, etc.
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics
- Liaise with property agencies to facilitate sales activities and transactions
- Provide property hand-over and after-sale services to customers
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying, marketing, or related disciplines
- 3 years' experience preferably in marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers
- Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales)
- Ordinance Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and Chinese
