Responsibilities:

The incumbent will assist in leading a team to perform day-to-day operations and sales launch execution. Specific duties include:

• Develop, provide and maintain pleasant and quality customer journey
• Provide training to team members and partner with different other teams to ensure excellent service and customer experience
• Establish strategic action plan & formulate sales strategies to increase sales opportunities and maintain sales pipelines
• Keep abreast of market information and trends, and advise on strategies
• Ensure excellent after-sales service

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or other relevant discipline and with Estate Agent’s License
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with proven successful sales track record of high-end residential properties
• Proactive, analytical, result-oriented and detail mindset with good commercial sense
• Excellent negotiation and bargaining skills
• Strong teamwork, leadership and motivation skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
