Responsibilities:

• Act as a responsible officer for the corporate finance team
• Engage in the execution of corporate finance projects, comprised of initial public offerings, mergers & acquisition, & financial advisory, etc.
• Guide in various industry market research, financial analysis, modeling and forecasts
• Oversee the team to execute corporate finance exercises
• Conduct due diligence works and perform valuation analysis    
• Communicate with regulatory authorities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, related disciplines
• Current licenses holder of RO type 6
• At least 5 years experience in corporate finance, 3 yearsin management level
• Mature, independent and work under pressure
• Good management skills, interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
