Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Direct report to sales management based in Hong Kong;
- Search, Investigate, Explore, identify and develop potential Japanese customers and business opportunities in EMS/Electronics Manufacturing Services (PCBA or PCBA relative F/G and Half F/G) targeting sizeable / reputable Japanese companies in Eastern China;
- Maintain close business relationship with customers;
- Obtain and closely follow up with RFQ from potential customers.
- Perform sales activities including but not limited to daily liaison with internal and external parties, customer visits, factory/quality audits and meeting schedules etc.;
- Update and share prevailing market trends, technology development as well as data analysis to management for upcoming sales strategies and directions;
- Involve in other sales activities if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales, business development or project management functions with proven track record in new business acquisition;
- Solid experience in EMS industry, connection with Japanese companies or working experience in Japanese company are highly preferable;
- Strong communication & facilitation skills, sensitive to numbers, mature and responsible attitudes inside and outside with customers, independent, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Japanese language proficiency at Level One passed is a must;
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English;
- Station in Suzhou and business travel are required.
